Every number, program and rule on this site links inline to one of the public pages below, in that page's own words and year. Nothing is quoted from a company's marketing, nothing is quoted second-hand from a blog, and no statistic appears without a link. Each entry shows the publisher, the page title, the address and the date it was opened and confirmed to load. If you find a fact on this site that does not match its source, the source wins.
Federal and state agencies come first, then the nonprofits, then the hospital systems, which appear here only as pointers to their own patient and family pages. No source on this list paid to be here, and none of them has any relationship with the one paid placement on this site.

Most of these pages were verified in a shared citation bank kept by the publisher on 10 September 2026, each confirmed to answer HTTP 200 and to contain the fact quoted.
