Local help
Local help for a St. Louis parent, when you are the one far away
Public lines and offices for the St. Louis area and Missouri, sorted by when you would call them. Every number below was copied from the organization's own page, and nobody here paid to be listed.
Most of these offices were built for families who live nearby. They still take calls from a daughter in Denver or Dallas; it helps to have her full address, her date of birth and a short description of what changed ready before you dial. Write down the name of whoever you speak to, because you may not reach the same person twice.
If you believe she is hurt or in danger right now, call 911 and give her street address. Everything else on this page can wait until that call is made.
